When staying more than one month then you are welcome to contact us to get a special offer.

 

The rental includes the following:

 

  • Free Internet access when using your own computer or mobile device
  • Cleaning every 3 days and change of the apartment's bed linen and towels per time

 

Further cleaning can be ordered when needed. Expenses for power and water will normally be 50-160 Thai Baht per day, but it depends of course on the actual consumption.

 

Please note: According to Phuket Provincial Land Office is rental on a daily basis not allowed.
